Wish I had some good suggestions for you, but I don't think there is a heck of a lot that can be done with the overseas scam artists except to spread the word on other consumer-related sites.

I ordered Percocet and recieved some bad product that got me sick immediately. I asked to substitute for Vicodin this time and they said to take photos of the bad Percocet and send to their www.rxsup24.net. I am still waiting two months and I think I have gotten taken here. My bad but a good lesson with a scam like this company. I will call my credit card company now. Let me know what else to do please.

Well I ordered from USStopmeds 24 and did receive a package of some poorly made tablets with the "Percocet" on one side and "10" on the other. To no surprise they do not work like they should, I contacted their 24 hour support website which is a different url rxsup24.net and told them I received fake product, they had me send a picture and have since reshipped the product. I am still waiting on the 2nd package but I am not expecting much, I kept threatening to call my CC company and file a complaint. I had trusted the site because they accepted VISA, which typically means they have to have some type of honorable history with customers otherwise they would lose their VISA privledges if too many complaints were filed.

Either way its a shady deal, but there are actually people behind these websites replying to emails and sending out products. When you decide to order overseas there is usually a reason why people are willing to take these risks. With all the efforts it appears they are going through to make "Fake" pills, The tablet pressing and imprinting, the blister packaging, the tracking numbers, and considering the raw materials are readily available in India, I am more surprised there are not more of these sites pumping out meds.

If this 2nd package is not legitimate medicine, I will be calling my CC. But up to this point they have communicated perfectly and have been responsive.

Thanks for sharing your story. It's an excellent warning for others who are considering doing business with the crooks behind the ustopmeds24.com site.

I too placed an order. Received the non narctic meds. The pain med never came and no refund was given. Beware! BTW mine was shipped from India

Admin: This post has been edited to include the name of the website that was used to place the order. Since it had been included in the "URL" section of this comment, it would have created a "live link" to the phony pharmacy site which could potentially help them rank better in the search engines. The last thing I would want to do.

The site in question was: ustopmeds24.com

Sorry to hear that, but as far as doing something about these crooks, this is pretty much it. They are all located overseas, and I don't think there is much (if anything) we can do to stop them. However, making as many people aware of these scams is something we can all do, and hopefully that helps.

I would suggest you go to as many blogs and forums as you can like this and share your story with others. Be sure to mention the names of the websites, like you did in the previous comments so it is easier for people to find when they search for these sites after receiving the spam e-mail that advertises their phony pharmaceuticals.

One small suggestion: When you are leaving a comment, do not put the name of the offending website(s) in the "URL" or "Your Homepage" area of the comment form because this will often create a "live" link to their sites, which may actually benefit them.

I'm at a bit of a loss to understand how this private company can be of any assistance, unless they are working with law enforcement overseas. Most of this stuff is coming from China or Russia, so it's quite hard to prosecute.

I've removed the e-mail from your comment since e-mails that are posted in plain-text are targets for spam bots prowling the net.

Can't be too careful the days.

Go to icontact.com/blog/ its a blog that can pass you more information on where to report this because some investigation is being conducted. its with iContact.com, the person you can forward you emails (as evidence) will be Justin Rauschenberg and his email is XXX.

I just had a long chat with an iContact employee and this is all they could do for now, this update (blog) was posted 2/01/2010.

Good luck...I know I am sick and tired of constantly deleting these stupid emails!!!
